All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification from us, including a tracking reference number and the courier company’s name. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Potential delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or postal/courier service issues beyond our control.

Shipping Delivery Time & Pricing (Domestic):

Orders less than 1000: ₹100/- 5-7 Business Days

Orders over Rupees 1000: Free Shipping, 5-7 Business Days

Please note that the delivery time mentioned above does not include the processing time mentioned earlier.

Order Status:

Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation with a reference number. Please use this reference number for any future correspondence with us. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking reference number. If you do not receive your order within 7 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@theknira.com with your name and order reference number. We will respond within 24 hours to resolve your query.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

We accept returns within 7 days after delivery. Handmade products may have slight imperfections that do not affect the quality or durability of the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@theknira.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email with instructions on how and where to send the item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount, less shipping costs (approximately Rupees 100/-). Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for a new item. We will notify you once your returned item is received and inspected. If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged Items:

While we take utmost care in packing our products, there is a chance of receiving an item in a damaged condition, especially fragile items. For fragile items, we require you to create a video while opening the package and share it with us within 24 hours of delivery, documenting any damage. Please send the video to rituroongta@theknira.com. Once we receive the video, we will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
